Ankna Kaul

Ankna Kaul has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of people, culture, and service across luxury hospitality, consulting and leadership development. She has partnered with organisations across industries to design and deliver high-impact training, talent programmes and service cultures that balance business outcomes with human connection.

Her career began in luxury hospitality, where she developed her instinct for customer experience and emotional intelligence in high-touch, high-stakes environments. Over time, she moved into leadership development and employee experience, building a grounded understanding of how frontline realities, leadership behaviour and organisational systems intersect.

She is the creator of PEARL™, a service-led leadership architecture that translates purpose, culture and care into measurable leadership systems. Built for leaders at every level, PEARL gives organisations a practical way to align what they say they value with how leadership is actually experienced every day.

Beyond her professional work, Ankna is also a mother. A role that deepened her understanding of invisible leadership, emotional labour and the small daily choices that shape trust over time. This book is for leaders who understand that culture is a strategic asset and are ready to build the architecture that makes it sustainable.
